I am passionate about issues which deal with youth empowerment. Many young people today lack empowerment and without it societies will not be able to grow to its fullest potential. I became aware of this issue while counseling young people. I loved listening to what they had to say and I also enjoyed giving them my point of view, at the same time letting them know it was just my opinion. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights.
